Questions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, you will have to pay the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Please make sure the product is returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, new and unused in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
To start a return, you can contact us. Please add your order number and email used to make the purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.
If you cannot see your location listed in the table below, unfortunately that means we do not offer delivery to your country.

Our handling time takes 1-2 business days. This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period. Once we ship your product, it takes around:
- 1-3 business days to deliver for The Netherlands;
- 2-7 business days to deliver for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands with an order value above € 30. For orders within the Netherlands with an order value of less than € 30, we charge € 6.95 shipping costs.
For orders over €100 in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom are free of charge. For orders within those countries with an order value of less than € 100, we charge € 9.95 shipping costs.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in The Netherlands.
We still work with humans in our warehouse and humans make mistakes. The first thing you need to do is contact us. Please send us as much information as possible. Include your order number, which product you ordered and what you received instead.
There could be a few reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email:
- The confirmation email might have arrived in your spam inbox.
- There is an error in your e-mail address. You can check this in your order summary in your account.
- A technical issue occurred on our side.
If it is not one of the above cases and you nonetheless want to receive an overview of your order or if you have not received your package within the agreed period, please contact us.
