General Terms and Conditions – Belleza Hairstyling


ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply in these General Terms and Conditions:

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;

  • Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and concludes a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

  • Term transaction: a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services whose delivery obligation is spread over time;

  • Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction;

  • Right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the reflection period;

  • Entrepreneur: Belleza Hairstyling, the natural or legal person offering products at a distance to consumers;

  • Distance contract: a contract concluded exclusively using distance communication means;

  • Distance communication technology: means such as email, telephone, internet, or social media to conclude an agreement without physical presence;

  • General terms and conditions: these general terms and conditions of Belleza Hairstyling.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Belleza Hairstyling and every distance contract concluded between Belleza and the consumer. They are made available in a durable manner before the conclusion of the contract and can always be requested free of charge.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

  • Offers are subject to change and may be modified by the entrepreneur.

  • All product descriptions are complete, accurate, and contain sufficient information.

  • Prices are stated excluding any customs clearance fees and import taxes for delivery outside the Netherlands (e.g., Belgium).

  • If images are used, they provide a truthful representation of the product, but color nuances may vary.

ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT

  • The agreement is concluded at the moment of electronic acceptance by the consumer.

  • After acceptance, the consumer receives a confirmation via email.

  • Belleza Hairstyling takes appropriate security measures for electronic payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an order for justified reasons.

With every delivery you receive:

  • Contact details for complaints

  • Information about the right of withdrawal

  • Warranty conditions and customer service information

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • You have 100 days of reflection time after receiving the product.

  • Within this period, the product may only be unpacked or tested as far as necessary for assessment.

  • Returns must include all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in original condition and packaging.

  • You must inform us by email within 100 days of receipt about your withdrawal.

ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

  • After receipt of the return shipment, or proof of shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Hygiene products whose seal has been broken

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that cannot be returned due to nature, use, or shelf life

ARTICLE 9 – THE PRICE

  • Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

  • For Belgium, customs clearance fees or import duties may apply.

  • Price changes are allowed in case of legal changes or market influences.

ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY

  • Products comply with the description and legal standards.

  • Complaints about defects must be reported within 30 days.

  • The warranty is equivalent to the factory warranty. Damage caused by own fault is excluded.

ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day if placed before 23:59.

  • Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium takes on average 1 working day.

  • In case of delay, you will be notified within 14 days.

  • Replacement items are clearly communicated.

  • Until the moment of delivery, Belleza bears the risk of loss or damage.

ARTICLE 12 – DURATION TRANSACTIONS: TERMINATION AND RENEWAL

  • Agreements of fixed or indefinite duration can be terminated in writing at any time with a notice period of up to 1 month.

  • Silent renewals are only permitted under specific conditions, such as with magazines.

ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT

  • Payment must be made within 7 working days.

  • Available payment methods are: iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact.

  • Incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.

ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  • Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery via info@belleza-hairstyling.com.

  • You will receive a substantive response within 14 days.

  • In case of disputes, we strive for a solution through amicable consultation.

ARTICLE 15 – DISPUTES

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law, even when delivered to Belgian customers.

By agreeing to SMS marketing when placing an order or registration, you consent to receiving messages about your order, offers, and reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by replying “STOP.”
