To ask:
We have a 14-day return period. This means you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, returns are unfortunately no longer possible.
NB:
- You will therefore not receive a return label from us.
- The product must be returned in its original condition: new, unused and in its original packaging/box.
How do you return a product?
1. Register your return by contacting us by email. Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address you used to place your order
2. Once your return has been registered, you will receive a returns form from us to complete. This form will help us:
- Process your return properly
- To gain insight into the reason for the return, so that we can improve our service
3. Include the completed return form in the package. Without this form, we unfortunately cannot process your return.
Please note: Returns sent without prior notification and without a returns form will not be accepted.
We'll start processing your order immediately after you place it. Therefore, it's unlikely we'll be able to change or cancel your order. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago, please contact us as soon as possible . We'll do our best to get it sorted for you.
We process your order immediately after it is placed.
Order before 11:59 PM and your order will be delivered the next day.
Need it urgently? Order before 2 PM and you'll receive it the same day!
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a track & trace code, so you can easily track your package.
You can also track your order via our tracking page . Simply enter your order number or email address to see where your package is.
We recommend that you keep a close eye on your order and ensure that you are at home on the day of delivery.
For orders within the Netherlands :
– Free shipping from €50
– For orders under €50 you pay €2.95 shipping costs
If you choose express delivery (ordered before 2 PM, delivered the same day), you'll pay a total of €6.45.
For orders to Belgium :
– Shipping costs are €4.95 , regardless of the order amount.
You can easily select the shipping option during checkout.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands . This allows us to guarantee fast and reliable deliveries.
We still have people working in our warehouse—and people sometimes make mistakes. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please send us as much information as possible, including:
– Your order number
– The product you ordered
– The product you received instead
We will of course solve it for you as quickly as possible!
There could be a few reasons why you didn't receive a confirmation email:
– The email may have ended up in your spam folder
– There may be an error in your email address — you can check this in the order overview in your account
– There may have been a technical glitch on our end
