We have compiled a number of frequently asked questions to provide you with more information about Belleza Hairstyling.

Questions:
We apply a return period of 14 days. This means you can register a return within 14 days after receiving your order. After this period, returning is unfortunately no longer possible.
Note:
- You will therefore not receive a return label from us.
- The product must be sent back in its original condition: new, unused, and in the original packaging/box.
How do you return a product?
1. Register your return by contacting us via email. Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address you used to place the order
2. Once your return is registered, you will receive a return form from us that you must fill out. This form helps us to:
- Process your return properly
- Gain insight into the reason for the return, so we can improve our service
3. Include the completed return form in the package. Without this form, we cannot process your return.
Note: return shipments sent without prior registration and without a return form will not be accepted.
We will start working on your order immediately after you have placed it. Therefore, it is unlikely that we can still change or cancel your order. Did you place your order less than 24 hours ago? Then please contact us as soon as possible contact. We will do our utmost to still arrange it for you.
We process your order immediately once it has been placed.
Order before 11:59 PM? Then your order will be delivered the next day.
Do you need it urgently? Then order before 2:00 PM and you will receive it the same day!
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email with a tracking code, so you can easily follow your parcel.
In addition, you can also track your order via our tracking page. Simply enter your order number or email address there to see where your parcel is located.
We recommend keeping a close eye on your order and making sure you are at home on the day of delivery.
For orders within the Netherlands:
– Free delivery from €50
– Under €50 you pay €2.95 delivery costs
– If you choose express delivery (ordered before 14:00, delivered the same day)? Then you pay a total of €6.45
For orders to Belgium:
– The delivery costs are €4.95, regardless of the order amount
You can easily select the delivery option during checkout.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This allows us to guarantee fast and reliable deliveries.
We still work with people in our warehouse — and people sometimes make mistakes. In that case, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Send us as much information as you can, including:
– Your order number
– The product you ordered
– The product you received instead
We will of course resolve it for you as quickly as possible!
There may be a few reasons why you have not received a confirmation email:
– The email may have ended up in your junk mail folder
– There might be a mistake in your email address — you can check this in the order overview in your account
– There may have been a technical fault on our side
