Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all our products within the Netherlands. Customers from Belgium pay € 2.95,-.
Do you choose express delivery (same day at home if ordered before 14:00)? Then a surcharge of €9.95,- applies.
Processing & delivery
Have you found your favourite hair care or beauty tools? Then of course you want to enjoy them as soon as possible. That is why we ensure super fast processing and shipping.

All orders placed before 23:59 are processed the same day.

Your package is then on average delivered the next working day.
Every order is provided with a personal track & trace code, so you always know where your package is. We ship via PostNL or ROGS Transport.
Delivery
As soon as your package is delivered, you can start enjoying your purchase! Not satisfied or want to exchange the product? That is easy via our return page. Have you received a damaged product? Then we will make sure you receive a new product immediately – at no extra cost.

Lost package?
Has your package not arrived or does something seem to have gone wrong during transport? No worries. We always send a new package first. If the order has not been delivered after 30 days, you will of course receive your full purchase amount back.
