Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. At Belleza Hairstyling, you can return it within 100 days , provided the product meets the conditions below.
Return Policy
In order to process your return, the following conditions apply:

The original labels and tags must be attached

The packaging must not be damaged
If a returned item does not meet these conditions , we unfortunately cannot accept it. We reserve the right to refuse returns if it appears that the item has been used or damaged beyond our control .

Wrong item or wrong size?
Did you accidentally receive the wrong item or the wrong size? We'll send you the correct product free of charge .
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order up to 5 minutes after placing it . After that, your order will be processed automatically and unfortunately, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund
Once we have processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days .
