Return Policy – Belleza Hairstyling

 

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. At Belleza Hairstyling, you can return within 100 days, provided the product meets the conditions below.

Conditions for returns

To process your return, the following conditions apply:

• The product must be in original condition

• The original labels and tags must be attached

• The packaging must not be damaged.
  

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it. We reserve the right to refuse returns if it appears that the item has been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.

Important information

• Always provide your return shipment with a track & trace code

• Returns without proof of shipment are entirely at your own risk

• Lost returns without proof will not be reimbursed

• The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer

After receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. The refund will take place within 3 to 5 working days after processing your return.

 

Return procedure

Would you like to return something? Then follow these steps:

1. Send an e-mail to info@belleza-hairstyling.com

2. You will receive a return label from us and we will register your return

3. Send your return shipment with track & trace

We will keep you informed by e-mail as soon as your return shipment has been received.

 

Wrong item or wrong size?

Did you accidentally receive the wrong item or the wrong size? We will send you the correct product free of charge.

 

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order up to 5 minutes after placing it. After that, your order will be processed automatically and unfortunately can no longer be cancelled.

Would you like to cancel your order? Then contact us immediately via info@belleza-hairstyling.com.

 

Refund

As soon as we have processed your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days via the original payment method.
