Return Policy Belleza Hairstyling

Of course, we hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if you wish to return something, you can do so without worry. At Belleza Hairstyling, you have 100 days to send back your order, provided it meets the conditions below.

Conditions for returning

To process your return, it is important that the items:

• Are in original condition

• Have the original labels and tags

• Are in the original, undamaged packaging.

If the return shipment does not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it. We reserve the right to refuse items if we suspect they have been damaged or used outside our responsibility.

 

Important information

• Make sure your return shipment always has a track & trace code.

• Return shipments without proof of postage are at your own risk.

• Lost return shipments without proof will not be refunded.

• You as the customer are responsible for the return costs.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. Within 3 to 5 working days after processing, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

Would you like to return an item? Then follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service via info@belleza-hairstyling.com

2. You will receive a return form from us and we will register your return shipment

3. Send the package with track & trace

4. Receive confirmation once we have received the package

Wrong item or wrong size?

Did you accidentally receive the wrong product or the wrong size? No worries. We will send you the correct item free of charge.

 

Cancelling your order

Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes after placing. After this period, the order will automatically be processed and can no longer be cancelled.

Refund

Once we have processed your return, the amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days via the original payment method.
