We hope you 're happy with your purchase , but if you need to return something, you can do so without any worries. Belleza Hairstyling gives you 100 days to return your order, as long as it meets the conditions below.

Return Policy

In order to process your return, it is important that the items:

• Be in original condition

• Provided with the original labels and tags

• In the original, undamaged packaging

If the return does not meet these conditions , we unfortunately cannot accept it. We reserve the right to refuse items if we suspect they have been damaged or used outside our control.

Important information

• Make sure that your return shipment always includes a track & trace code .

• Returns without proof of shipping are at your own risk.

• Lost returns without proof will not be refunded .

• As a customer, you are responsible for the return costs .

Once we receive your return, you'll receive an email confirmation. We'll refund the purchase price to your account within 3 to 5 business days after processing.

3. Send the package with track & trace

4. Receive a confirmation once we have received the package

Wrong item or wrong size?

Did you accidentally receive the wrong product or size? Don't worry. We'll send you the correct item free of charge .

Cancelling your order

Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them . After this period, the order will automatically be processed and can no longer be canceled.

Refund

Once we have processed your return, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days .
